Delivery Times
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Our delivery time is a combination of handling time and transit time:

• Handling Time: 1–3 business days
• Transit Time: 5-10 business days

Delivery Options
Customers can choose between home delivery and delivery to a pickup point. With home delivery, the package is delivered directly to the specified address. For delivery to a pickup point, customers can pick up the package from a selected location.

Please note that bulky products (such as skis and bike trailers) are only shipped via home delivery, regardless of other selections made at checkout (such as choosing a pickup point).

Storage Time and Uncollected Packages
For delivery to a pickup point, the package must be collected within 14 days. If the package is not picked up within this time, it will be returned to us. A handling fee will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs. A refund for the remaining amount will be issued once the package is received by us.
